This exercises focuses on strumming patterns with many isolated UP strums.

This is an excellent area to focus on as it can really help us to feel "off beat" rhythmic placements in our strumming.

This one is highly recommended if you want to take your strumming to another level

Part of the secret of landing the up strums is to keep your hand moving to the tempo whether or not your about to hit the strings... it's all about locking your arm into the tempo!

This one may take a little bit of practice but you WILL get the hang of it...
